Ethereum staking rewards have increased to approximately 4.2% APY, up from 3.5% earlier this year. This improvement comes as the validator queue has cleared and new validator growth has stabilized.
Currently, over 34 million ETH is staked across the network, representing about 28% of the total supply. The stabilization of validator growth has reduced the dilution of rewards among participants.
Liquid staking protocols like Lido and Rocket Pool continue to dominate, collectively holding over 35% of all staked ETH. However, solo staking has also seen growth following protocol upgrades that reduced hardware requirements.
Analysts expect staking yields to remain in the 4-5% range as the network finds equilibrium between new validators joining and the natural growth of the staking pool.
